HOW DO YOU ORDER?
Choose the product(s) you like and add them to your shopping cart. Complete your order on the checkout page by providing all the necessary delivery details.
As soon as your order is placed, we will process your information and prepare your product so that it reaches you as quickly as possible.
Printing a T-shirt can take up to 7 days. The model is a premium Adler T-shirt, featuring a modern design and comfortable black fabric. The printing is done using polychrome inkjet direct-to-textile technology, ensuring long-lasting durability.
We focus on delivering the highest-quality products, designed to withstand the test of time — both the T-shirt itself and the printed artwork.

HOW FAST DO WE DELIVER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Delivery is carried out through express courier services. In order to deliver as many orders as quickly as possible, we collaborate with several courier companies.
The delivery time is between 2–4 working days.
Payment is made upon receipt of the order.

COURIER CONDITIONS
The buyer is not allowed to open the package before signing the delivery confirmation and paying the full value of the order.
The courier will contact the buyer in advance by phone (SMS) to communicate the estimated delivery time interval.
If the buyer cannot be found at the delivery address within the scheduled interval, the courier will contact the buyer to arrange a new delivery attempt.
If delivery is not completed after the third attempt, the package will be returned to the Seller and the order will be cancelled.
If the buyer cannot be contacted by the courier, the package will be stored at the courier’s local warehouse for 5 working days before being returned to the Seller.
The buyer may place the order again, but must cover in advance the previous transportation costs (delivery and return), as well as the costs of the new delivery, according to the payment methods communicated directly by the Seller’s representatives.

RETURNS
The buyer has the right to withdraw from purchasing products acquired from the website, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the products, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in distance contracts.
In all cases involving product returns or replacements, the transportation costs for returning or replacing the products will be covered by the Seller.
Cancellation of a purchase or product replacement must be completed within 30 days from the return request and under the following conditions:
the products must be in the same condition as received;
they must not have been worn and must not show signs of use, wear, or damage;
the print must not show fingerprints, signs of wear, alterations, or any other interventions.
The buyer may choose to return or replace a product only once.
Repeated purchase cancellations or returns may be considered abusive behavior, and the Seller reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block access to the account involved in such abuse.
